This Privacy Policy covers information collected by ARTBnk Inc. (“ARTDAI”, “ARTBnk”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the ARTBnk website or web app at https://www.artd.ai/ and associated subdomains (the “Site”) and the services available on the Site (the “Services”). The policy is incorporated into the ARTBnk Inc. Subscription Terms accessible at /terms. By using the Services, you accept this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this policy, “personal information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The Service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
What Information About Me Is Collected?
Personally Identifiable Information
This includes information that identifies you or can be used to contact you, such as name, password, and email address.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
This includes IP addresses, browser types, unique device identifiers, device types, requested URL, referring URL, browser language, pages viewed, visit date and time, domain names, and statistical data about Service use. Some non-personally identifiable information becomes personally identifiable when combined with other data.
Where and When Is Information Collected?
Information Provided by You
You may be required to establish an account providing name, username, password, and email address. The company may receive personally identifiable information from third parties providing credit and debit card authorization and fraud screening services.
Cookies and Action Tags
“Cookies” are small text files identifying your web browser and activities. They personalize experiences, assist in using Services, monitor usage, and target advertisements. You may reject cookies, but certain features may not work properly.
“Action tags” (web beacons or gif tags) track website usage information and are invisible to users. They may appear in Services content, advertisements, or emails.

Does ARTBnk Collect Information from Children Under 13 Years of Age?
The Services are not designed for or directed to children under 13. ARTBnk does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone known to be under 13. Persons under 18 may not use the Services. By using the Services, you represent being 18 years or older.
What Does ARTBnk Do with the Information It Collects?
ARTBnk relies on these legal bases for processing personally identifiable information:
- Where you have given consent;
- Where necessary to perform a contract with you;
- Where necessary for legitimate interests (provided your fundamental rights don’t override them).
Uses include:
- Providing Services and processing transactions;
- Understanding Service users and improving the Services;
- Contacting you for customer service and billing;
- Facilitating advertising delivery;
- Sending electronic newsletters and targeted content (unless you opt-out);
- Responding to your inquiries;
- Sending Service announcements and billing updates (unsubscribe unavailable for these);
- Performing statistical analysis and evaluating Services.

Laws and Legal Rights
Information may be disclosed if required by statute, regulation, rule, law, subpoena, search warrant, court or regulatory order, or lawful public authority requests. Disclosure may occur if necessary to identify someone violating the Terms, detect fraud, assist with delinquent accounts, or protect rights, property, safety, and security.
Third Parties Generally
ARTBnk may disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for select marketing offers (you may opt-out). Non-personally identifiable information may be provided to third parties, including combined with similar information from other users. Third parties may directly collect information about Site visitors, including online activities across different websites.
Outside Contractors
Independent contractors, vendors, and suppliers may access information collected through the Services, including personally identifiable information, to provide specific services. ARTBnk ensures these contractors protect privacy and act on documented instructions.
Sale of Business / Bankruptcy
ARTBnk reserves the right to transfer information to third parties in case of sale, merger, asset transfer, business discontinuation, bankruptcy filing, reorganization, insolvency, or inability to pay debts, provided the third party agrees to adhere to this Privacy Policy.
Affiliates
Information may be disclosed to “Corporate Affiliates” (entities directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with ARTBnk, whether through 50% or more voting securities ownership, contract, or otherwise). Such affiliates treat information according to this Policy’s terms.
For How Long Will My Personally Identifiable Information Be Kept?
ARTBnk stores personally identifiable information only as long as necessary to fulfill collection purposes. Retention period determination considers the amount, nature, and sensitivity of information; potential harm risk from unauthorized use or disclosure; processing purposes; whether purposes can be achieved through other means; and applicable legal requirements.
Does This Privacy Policy Apply When I Link to Other Websites or Services?
The Services may provide access to other websites and services, including third-party payment systems and social media posting abilities. ARTBnk is not responsible for privacy practices of other websites or services. You are encouraged to read their privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Services.
Is the Information Collected through the Services Secure?
ARTBnk strives to secure transmitted information using industry-standard techniques and employs administrative, physical, and electronic measures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, considering risks and information nature.
Information is stored in the cloud through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Learn more about AWS security and privacy at https://aws.amazon.com/security/.
However, Internet transmission always involves some risk. While ARTBnk strives to protect information, it cannot ensure or warrant its security or privacy. By using the Services, you do so at your own risk.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding the Collection, Disclosure and Distribution of Personally Identifiable Information?
You may change preferences and opt-out of receiving certain marketing communications by changing options in “My Account” or contacting privacy@artbnk.com.
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personally identifiable information (subject access request) to receive a copy and verify lawful processing;
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personally identifiable information;
- Request erasure of your personally identifiable information where there’s no good reason for continued processing;
- Object to processing where ARTBnk relies on legitimate interest;
- Request processing restriction (e.g., to establish accuracy);
- Request transfer of your personally identifiable information to another party;
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority under the GDPR.
To Request Any of the Above:Access “My Account” or contact privacy@artbnk.com. Updates, corrections, changes, and deletions have no effect on other information maintained or provided to third parties prior to such actions. ARTBnk may take reasonable steps (like requesting a unique password) to verify identity before granting profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining password and account information secrecy. After receiving requests, ARTBnk will use commercially reasonable efforts to update, correct, change, or delete personally identifiable information in actively used databases and other readily searchable media as soon as and to the extent reasonably practicable.
If I Live in California, What Are My Privacy Rights?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request from certain businesses a list of all third parties to which the business disclosed certain personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. ARTBnk must respond to such requests only once per calendar year.
To make such a request, contact the information provided below. In your request, attest to being a California resident and provide a current California address. Not all information sharing is covered by California Privacy Rights requirements; only covered sharing will be included in the response.
Do Not Track
Some web browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals. Due to differences in browser implementation and lack of industry standard for response, the Services currently do not take action in response to these signals. When a final standard is established and accepted, ARTBnk will reassess its response.
How Will I Know If There Are Any Changes to This Privacy Policy?
ARTBnk may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by prominent posting or direct notification. ARTBnk will not make changes resulting in significant additional uses or disclosures without allowing opt-out. If changes are unacceptable, immediately contact the company and cease Service use until the issue is resolved. Continued use following change notification constitutes acceptance of changes.
